Translation = Tr$ ( String  )
Translation = Tr ( String  )

Returns the translation of the specified String.

If no translation is found, then the same string is returned.

This is a dynamic version of the ("...") syntax.

Contrary to the ("...") syntax, the Tr$() argument is not marked as a translatable string by the compiler. The string must have been marked as translatable somewhere else.
